JOE'S POLICY

1. If we are notified within seven days of the day you received your purchase, you will receive a cash refund.  For any returns after the seven days you will receive credit for the purchase of other merchandise.  All refunds and credit are less shipping and handling charges.  There is not a cash refund on used parts.  You will receive a credit for the purchase of other merchandise, less shipping and handling.  (You must pay shipping).  We want happy customers.*

2. All items bought at shows may be returned within 14 days for credit towards other merchandise only!  No Cash Refunds.

3. All prices are plus shipping, also on returns.
4. I do shows in the mid-west region and will deliver large parts to shows free of charge.  Inquire for shows and dates.
5. If cores are returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you will receive a cash refund.  For any core returned after 30 days, you will receive credit for the purchase of other merchandise.  Cores may be returned up to six (6) months after purchase.  Let us know if you need longer time periods for core return.  All cores will be inspected for non-repairable damages.  All cores must be repairable.  If cores are not repairable you will be charged the full core charge, (or a prorated charge if damage is marginal).  Non-repairable cores will be returned at your expense.  Once cores are received and accepted they cannot be returned, only if they are non-repairable.  Shipping cost of cores being shipped to us is the customers responsibility. 
6. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, and US Postal Money Order.  These methods are preferred.  Personal checks will be held 30 business days to clear the bank before items will be shipped.  A 12 month lay-a-way plan is available.  Click HERE for details. 

This is a one-man operation, devoted mainly to 1960 thru 1964 Galaxies, but I do handle other Ford parts from time to time.  If you don't see what you want, contact me and I may be able to locate it for you.
